Your expertise in fine dining, food production, and team management will drive excellence across all culinary departments. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation, presentation, and service in a fast-paced hotel setting Oversee menu planning and food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality across all offerings Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize resources Coordinate with catering, banquet, and restaurant teams to deliver seamless dining experiences for events and daily service Enforce food safety standards and maintain compliance with health regulations through rigorous training and monitoring Assist in shift management, including scheduling, training new team members, and maintaining high team morale Collaborate with the culinary leadership to develop innovative menus that reflect current trends in fine dining and hospitality Experience Proven experience in banquet operations, catering, or fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams within a hospitality or restaurant setting Extensive knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety protocols, and inventory management practices Skilled in food preparation, menu planning, and culinary techniques across diverse cuisines Experience managing food service operations, including shift management, inventory control, and food handling procedures Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Prior restaurant or hospitality experience emphasizing high standards of service excellence and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding journey where your culinary expertise fuels memorable guest experiences.
