Chef de Partie / Line Cook Full-TimePart-Time Opportunities Available About the Role At Prime Independent Living, dining is at the heart of the resident experience. We're looking for a Chef de Partie / Line Cook who takes pride in their craft, values a strong team environment, and is excited to be part of a concept that's redefining dining in senior living. If you love cooking from scratch, appreciate a more balanced schedule, and want to create meals that truly matter, this is a unique opportunity. What You'll Do Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from scratch in accordance with recipes and standards Ensure all food is executed with consistency, quality, and timeliness Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards at all times Support menu execution, daily features, and special events Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service Follow established portioning, plating, and presentation standards What We're Looking For Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment A strong foundation in cooking techniques and kitchen operations Attention to detail and pride in consistency and presentation Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure A team-first mindset with strong communication skills Food Handler Certification (required) SERVSafe Certification (preferred) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A genuine appreciation for serving a senior population Why Prime Competitive pay Employee meals Uniforms provided Health, dental, and vision insurance (full-time) 401(k) and paid time off (full-time) Join a kitchen that values both precision and purpose-where your work is appreciated, your schedule is more balanced, and the meals you create truly enhance someone's day.
