Responsibilities Prepare and assemble pizzas on the designated pizza line, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Follow standardized recipes and menu specifications to deliver authentic flavors and presentation Operate pizza ovens efficiently, monitoring cooking times and temperatures for optimal results Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to food safety standards at all times Assist with ingredient prep, including dough stretching, topping portioning, and ingredient replenishment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours Uphold food handling protocols, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles within the food industry or restaurant environment is highly preferred Strong knife skills and familiarity with food handling safety practices Experience with menu planning and meal preparation in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making, including dough handling and cooking methods Excellent food service skills with an emphasis on quality presentation and customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
