Job Description

Experienced Sushi Chef Osaka Sushi & Hibachi - Maryville, TN We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. This is a low-stress sushi position with a friendly work environment and simple job duties.
Job Responsibilities:
Primarily making sushi rolls Maintaining a clean and organized work area
No:
Any 2 Roll / Any 3 Roll combinations Chopping green onions Cooking sushi rice Making crunch toppings Sushi appetizers Sushi & Sashimi combo plates Sashimi cutting
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $17/hour Typical monthly income: approximately $4,500-$5,500 401(k) retirement plan with 3% company match after 1 year End-of-year bonus 3 paid vacation days after 1 year Stable hours Friendly and respectful work environment
Requirements:
Previous sushi-making experience required Reliable and responsible Positive attitude Ability to work well with a team
