Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and menu planning, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation align with established standards. Plan and develop menus that reflect current culinary trends while accommodating dietary restrictions and guest preferences. Manage inventory control, monitor food supplies, and oversee procurement to minimize waste and optimize costs. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures across all kitchen operations. Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision to deliver seamless service. Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff, assigning duties, and maintaining smooth daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience in dining establishments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams effectively. Extensive banquet experience along with expertise in catering services. Knowledge of dietary department practices and food safety standards. Skilled in inventory management, menu planning, and food cost control. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and ensure high-quality service delivery. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable; culinary certification or relevant training is preferred.
