Performance bonus opportunity + standard benefits; open to relocation The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations for a boutique hotel property in Arlington. This role oversees restaurant service, banquets, and in-room dining while driving menu innovation, operational excellence, and a cohesive guest experience. Opening experience is highly valued as the property continues to evolve and elevate its culinary program. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel environment; boutique or lifestyle property experience preferred Opening experience a plus, with the ability to build systems, teams, and menus from the ground up Strong background in food cost control, labor management, and team development Responsibilities Oversee all culinary operations, including restaurant, banquets, and room service execution Develop menus and concepts aligned with the hotel's brand and guest expectations Lead, train, and build a high-performing culinary team while maintaining operational and financial goals
