Job Description
Juniper, helmed by acclaimed chef Sterling Ridings, is designed around the combination of Northern Italian culinary traditions, local Texan ingredients, and progressive cooking. From pastas, breads, and pastry, to butchery and sauce making, we take great pride in proper technique and the mentorship thereof. With our a la carte menu, we strive to make minimalist ingredients extraordinary. The tasing menu, on the other hand, is an exercise in both modern and fundamental techniques. The goal is a world class experience, in a relaxed, but elevated dining environment. As we continue to grow and evolve our culinary program, we welcome innovative, passionate individuals to join us in our mission to produce an exciting, contemporary dining experience.
Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skills of a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.
CompensationSalaries range from $20-25 an hour based on experience, in addition to continued advancement opportunities.
