UROKO is fast casual Temaki concept sits in Springdale General complex. We are looking for a hourly head sushi chef to be responsible lead the shop/line.
The successful candidate will work closely with owner chefs, Masa and Take at all levels and manage, execute, and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.

We are offering simple Temaki sushi with fresh and premium ingredients and fast casual setting, but also offering catering, sushi class, special dinner events and Omakase.
