Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Provide exceptional service by ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards before serving. Skills Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus. Excellent understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage kitchen staff effectively. Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items that enhance the dining experience. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
