We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cuisine that blends bold flavors and fresh, seasonal ingredients from around the world, served in an inviting yet sophisticated setting. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role for a culinary professional who excels at both the craft of cooking and the art of leadership. You will work in close partnership with our Executive Chef to lead the back-of-house team, maintain impeccable quality standards, and help shape the culinary direction of one of Fort Worth's most dynamic dining destinations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, expediting, and closing procedures Ensure all dishes meet Quince's exacting standards for flavor, presentation, and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations Leadership & Team Development Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to promote skill development, collaboration, and accountability Create a positive, professional work environment that fosters retention and morale Support scheduling, labor management, and team performance reviews Business & Administrative Oversight Monitor food costs, waste management, and portion control Coordinate with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service and communication Maintain vendor relationships and oversee ordering and inventory management Qualifications 2-10 + years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor in a high-volume, upscale restaurant Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train and motivate teams Expertise in working with diverse, seasonal ingredients and global cuisines Proficiency in managing kitchen financials, including food cost and labor Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive salary ($50,000
