Chef About the job Bottega Salaria is an authentic Roman-inspired restaurant located in Fredericksburg, Texas. We are interested in connecting with experienced Italian culinary professionals who are passionate about traditional Italian cuisine, fresh pasta, quality ingredients, and hospitality. This position would work closely with ownership and our existing kitchen leadership team to support daily operations, maintain culinary standards, contribute ideas, and help train staff while preserving the authenticity of our concept. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Italian restaurants and a strong understanding of traditional Italian cooking techniques.
