If these goals inspire you, we encourage you to apply. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of leadership experience and a minimum of 4 years of relevant kitchen experience. Breakfast and/or Mexican food experience is preferred. Must have initiative, be creative, and be a problem solver. Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly recommended. Pay is based on experience. The Sous Chef must be capable of managing the daily operations of our kitchen. A successful candidate will have ample kitchen experience, a strong commitment to public health and safety, as well as leadership capacities required to oversee departmental operations. The Sous Chef must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management.Responsibilities:
Execute the restaurant's menu. Inventory management. Lead the team to ensure all production is complete for an effective service. Manage food & labor costs to meet business demand. Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe manner. Manage and schedule staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed. Supervise employees' health and safety on the job. Supervise employees and enforce policies as needed.Job Type:
