We're currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help lead our kitchen operations.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily kitchen operations including opening, closing, and expediting service Supervise and support prep, line, and dish teams Maintain high culinary and cleanliness standards Coach and mentor kitchen staff through daily feedback and support Train and onboard new team members Scheduling and labor management Help develop team members into future trainers and leaders Chef on Duty Serve as a trusted key holder for the restaurant ordering and inventory controls

What We're Looking For:

Proven kitchen leadership experience (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar) Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Genuine passion for food and hospitality Willingness to learn and grow within the company A Chef that can excel with minimal supervision Excellent time management and communication skills Resilience and a team-first mindset Physical stamina to meet the demands of a busy kitchen Bi Lingual preferred
