Recognized as a Michelin-recommended restaurant and a multi-time James Beard-nominated concept, Sachet is built on a foundation of thoughtful sourcing, refined technique, and a commitment to warm, genuine hospitality. We are looking for a chef who shares our passion for a modern-Mediterranean driven cuisine and thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily kitchen operations with precision, consistency, and creativity
  • Work closely with ownership and leadership on menu development and seasonal changes
  • Mentor and develop a strong, motivated kitchen team
  • Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, and labor efficiency
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-caliber restaurant
  • Strong leadership skills with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Deep respect for Mediterranean flavors, techniques, and ingredients
  • A commitment to excellence, organization, and team culture
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
