We are a fast-paced, guest-focused team and we're looking for a reliable and energetic Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and execution while bringing strong expertise in Italian cuisine. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Italian culinary traditions and can translate that into a consistent, high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee and lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations during service Manage hiring, scheduling, training, and ongoing development of all team members Ensure consistent excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a hospitality-first approach Direct and execute opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations Oversee inventory management, cost control, and ordering to maintain proper stock levels Drive operational performance, efficiency, and overall service standards in alignment with business goals Requirements Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant Extensive knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine and culinary techniques is required Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable engaging with guests when needed, including interacting with customers and hosting influencers or VIP guests Ability to confidently speak about Italian food, wine, and culture with guests and team members Language English & Italian fluency is required
