In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. Your leadership will inspire creativity, foster teamwork, and uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in fine dining, catering, and food management, ready to drive excellence in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations of the hotel, including menu execution, food quality, kitchen management, inventory control, food safety compliance, and team leadership. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee all kitchen operations. Lead, train, schedule, and develop culinary team members. Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all food offerings. Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships. Maintain compliance with Hilton brand standards and health regulations. Develop and implement menus, specials, and seasonal offerings. Monitor labor costs and kitchen productivity. Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to achieve operational goals. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Address guest feedback and implement service improvements as needed. Qualifications Previous Executive Chef or Sous Chef leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or full-service restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, inventory management, and cost controls. Excellent leadership and team development skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. ServSafe certification preferred.
