Pastry Cook- Goodnight HospitalityMarch Restaurant & Rosie Cannonball Goodnight Hospitality is seeking passionate and motivated Pastry Cooks to join our pastry team across March and Rosie Cannonball.
This is an opportunity to work alongside the talented Goodnight Hospitality pastry leadership team, including Nicolas Berrais and Jonathan Garza, within one of Houston's most dynamic and ambitious restaurant groups.

Centered around a wood-burning oven and grill, the menu highlights thoughtfully sourced ingredients and seasonally driven cooking inspired by Southern Europe.
Rosie features an expansive wine program focused on approachable and exciting producers from regions such as Beaujolais, the Loire Valley, and progressive New World winemakers, alongside a well-curated cocktail program.
About MarchMarch is an intimate fine-dining restaurant exploring the cuisines, histories, and cultural intersections of the Mediterranean. Chef Felipe Riccio and the March team approach each menu as an in-depth study of a particular region, examining the places where cultures, languages, trade, and traditions converge.
Menus evolve every six months and are supported by extensive research, thoughtful hospitality, and one of the country's most passionate wine programs led by Master Sommelier June Rodil. Service at March is conducted by experienced hospitality professionals with a deep commitment to precision, warmth, and storytelling.
Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking energetic, organized, and humble candidates with a strong work ethic and genuine passion for hospitality. Ideal team members are collaborative, curious, detail-oriented, and excited by both creativity and discipline.
Successful candidates will have a desire to continually improve, communicate clearly, and contribute positively to a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
