Experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. What matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine interest in Japanese cuisine. What You'll Learn Sushi preparation and presentation Nigiri and sushi roll techniques Fish slicing and portioning skills Premium seafood handling Japanese food safety and sanitation standards Kitchen organization and teamwork Responsibilities Prepare sushi and other menu items according to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Assist with daily kitchen preparation and operations Requirements Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Regular availability on Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays Important Weekend availability is a core requirement of this position and is expected throughout employment.
