Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistent quality and presentation Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all kitchen operations Manage ingredient inventory, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and delivery during busy hours Follow recipes accurately while adding creative touches to enhance flavor profiles Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza options and seasonal specials Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, especially with pizza or similar cuisine Strong knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen tools and equipment Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not required Join us as a Pizza Chef and bring your culinary passion to life!
