We are searching for a talented, energetic and creative chef to join our kitchen crew and help us create memorable plates that keep guests coming back.

• Must have minimum 3 plus year experience in a high volume kitchen (fine dining/upscale casual/ bistro experience preferred.
• Strong command o classical cooking techniques and modern plating/presentation.
• Ability to lead a small brigade during service (line cooks, and prep cooks)
• Creative mindset-we love when you want to put your stamp on seasonal specials
• Cool head under pressure (Friday/Saturday dinner rush)
• Clean as you go mentality and genuine respect for food safety and kitchen hygiene
• Team player who actually enjoys working with the front of the house
• Breakfast knowledge a plus-experience with morning service, eggs with style, breakfast meats, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, is highly valued Full time preferred, strong part time considered for the right candidate (Owners own two restaurants, so possibility of working at any of the restaurants)
