Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development and food preparation to staff management and quality control. Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and food service management will ensure exceptional service and culinary excellence across all outlets. Duties Lead and supervise the culinary team, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment focused on excellence in food production and service Develop innovative menus that reflect current trends while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and shift management to ensure smooth workflow Manage food safety protocols diligently, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision in planning, execution, and presentation Monitor inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and optimize resources Train staff on culinary techniques, customer service standards, and safety procedures to promote professional growth Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management Extensive banquet experience coupled with supervising experience in high-volume settings Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across shifts Strong knowledge of dietary department operations, catering logistics, and food safety regulations Proficiency in menu planning, inventory control, kitchen management, and food handling practices Experience in hospitality or food industry roles with a focus on culinary excellence and customer satisfaction Excellent cooking skills complemented by expertise in kitchen management, food service management, and bartending as needed Join us as an Executive Chef where your culinary vision will inspire teams, delight guests, and set new standards for exceptional dining experiences.
