Job Description

COOK-WEEKENDS SUMMARY
Deer Run Golf Club, was founded in 1971. It is an 18-hole course on 200 acres, partially surrounded by the beautiful Lake Tawakoni. It is one of the most scenic golf courses in Texas. It is just 51 miles East of downtown Dallas. The new management has significantly improved the golf course and it is now one of the fastest growing golf courses in the DFW area. Golf Course has a restaurant (Fairway Grill). This position is to train our kitchen employee how to cook using a Merrychef oven
WORKING CONDITIONS
ü Pleasant, peaceful and beautiful surroundings ü Flexible hours
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Ø Proven experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen setting. Ø Valid Driver's License.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Train employee how to program and use the Merrychef oven. Ø Help design a few simple menu items.
