What You'll Do:

Drive menu innovation and concept development across a multi-unit operation. Lead, mentor, and train a large culinary team with a 'hands-on' approach. Manage P&L, food costs, and labor budgets to ensure financial success. Execute high-profile catering events from planning to plate. Implement advanced automated inventory and production systems.

What We're Looking For :

3+ years of management experience in high-volume environments (University, Healthcare, or Large-scale Hospitality). Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership.
