The Kitchen Chef will ensure that all food served meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and creativity, while maintaining efficient kitchen workflows. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Oversee food production, ensuring dishes are prepared to meet quality standards and customer expectations Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations Plan menus that reflect culinary creativity while accommodating dietary restrictions and customer preferences Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism Monitor shift management, ensuring timely service and efficient workflow during busy periods Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the kitchen area Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining establishments or similar high-end culinary environments Demonstrated supervising experience with team management responsibilities Strong background in food preparation, food service management, and kitchen operations Knowledge of inventory management, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations Experience in banquet service, catering, or large-scale event planning is highly desirable Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members Familiarity with menu planning, culinary techniques, and restaurant management practices Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in the food industry with a focus on hospitality or restaurant service is preferred Join us as a Kitchen Chef and bring your culinary expertise to life!
