is seeking CHEFS (multiple positions available) in

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS

to cook, prepare, supervise and direct others in the preparation of various Chinese and Asian styled dishes and other food according to recipes. Prepare meats, soups, sauces, vegetables, and other food prior to cooking. Season and cook Chinese/Asian style food according to prescribed methods. Serve portions and garnish food. Assist in ordering foodstuffs, plans menus, and develops new dishes. Direct and supervise others in the preparation meats and vegetables. Direct and supervise others in the cooking of various Chinese and Asian styled dishes according to recipes or prescribed methods. Supervise culinary staff.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

24 months of experience as Chef, Cook, or related positions.
