Responsibilities Ensuring efficient food production and service delivery in line with quality standards. Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize resources. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs while maintaining flavor integrity. Maintain a positive team environment through effective supervision, mentorship, and leadership. Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments. Proven supervising experience with team management skills that motivate and develop staff. Knowledge of food production processes, menu planning, and kitchen management techniques. Expertise in inventory management, inventory control, and food service management practices. Strong understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent cooking skills complemented by experience in food preparation for diverse dietary requirements. Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry practices including restaurant management and food service operations.
