King William Wine Co San Antonio, TX Job Details Full-time $16 - $24 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Hospitality Teamwork Inventory management Attention to detail Full Job Description King William Wine Co. is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented kitchen team member to help support our pastry, pasta, and bread program as we continue building one of San Antonio's most thoughtful food and wine experiences. We are a small, ambitious, award-winning restaurant in the King William Historic District focused on beautiful, European-inspired food, exceptional wine, and polished hospitality. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves precision, consistency, and the craft of making things from scratch. This position will help prepare and execute house-made pastas, breads, desserts, and pastry components while also supporting dinner service and private events. We are looking for someone who understands the pace and discipline required to support an ever changing dinner experience covers while keeping the food beautiful, consistent, and organized.
This role will focus on:
Fresh pasta production Bread and dough preparation Desserts and pastry components Prep organization and par levels Plating and finishing during service Supporting private events and special dinners Maintaining a clean, organized station Jumping in to support the full kitchen team as needed
Schedule:
Prep on Thursday or Tuesday, depending on the week Dinner service Thursday-Sunday Participation in private events and special events as needed Occasional off-day events based on the restaurant calendar The ideal candidate has experience with pastry, pasta, bread, or scratch cooking, but more importantly has discipline, pride, and the desire to grow in a serious kitchen. We are looking for someone who can work clean, stay organized, take direction, and execute consistently in a small, focused team. We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and professional Clean, organized, and focused Comfortable working in a small team Excited by handmade pasta, bread, and pastry Willing to participate in private events and special dinners Interested in fine dining, wine, and elevated hospitality Committed to consistency, cleanliness, and beautiful food This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a small restaurant working toward the highest standards in San Antonio. Pay:
$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
