Oversee menu planning, ensuring a diverse selection that meets dietary needs and customer preferences. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations. Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver flawless event service, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes. Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and hygiene practices are followed at all times. Supervise shift management activities, including scheduling staff rotations and monitoring performance for continuous improvement. Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments. Proven supervising experience with demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience working within dietary departments or specialized menus. Expertise in food production, food service management, and kitchen operations including inventory management and control. Strong skills in menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards. Excellent team management abilities with a focus on motivating staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
