Position:
Maki Roll Chef /
Sushi ChefRequirements:
Proven experience preparing sushi, maki rolls, and specialty rolls Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and high-quality food presentation Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi, maki rolls, and other menu items according to established recipesEnsure consistency, quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory control, and stock rotation Monitor product quality and report inventory shortages as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations
