ZUMI is a brand-new, modern sushi restaurant coming to Southlake, Texas , and we're building a passionate, talented culinary team from the ground up. Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality sushi and sashimi Ensure food safety, freshness, and presentation standards Collaborate with the kitchen team and follow restaurant procedures Help with inventory, prep, and maintaining a clean, organized station Contribute to the creativity and evolution of our modern sushi menu

Requirements:

Prior experience as a sushi chef or line cook (minimum 1 year preferred) Knowledge of sushi knife techniques, rolling, and plating Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Positive attitude and passion for Japanese cuisine Why Join ZUMI?
