  • Full-time Private client is looking for a full-time chef for their family.
Work location would be the client's estate and office. Hours would be 8am-11am/12pm followed by evening hours of 6/7pm-10/11pm. These hours would be performed Monday through Friday on a full-time basis. Chef should have knowledge in multiple cuisines. Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. Responsibilities Study recipes and gather all necessary ingredients Cook food in a timely manner Modify recipes to meet dietary requests Monitor food stock and place orders Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area Skills Proven experience as a Chef Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques 3 years prior experience as a chef preferred Cuisines American Thai Chinese Indian Mexican Dietary Preferences (chef should have knowledge of) Gluten Free Keto Paleo Compensation & Benefits Medical Benefits Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays All supplies and equipment provided
