Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to lead and manage our culinary and hospitality operations with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of food service, kitchen management, and team supervision within a high-end dining environment. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for fine dining, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience in food production, catering, and restaurant management. Duties Lead and supervise all food service operations, ensuring seamless coordination across kitchen, catering, banquet, and restaurant departments Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet quality standards and customer expectations Manage inventory control, food handling procedures, and supply chain logistics to optimize resources and reduce waste Supervise staff performance through coaching, training, and shift management to foster a motivated and efficient team Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and food safety protocols across all departments Coordinate catering events and banquet services from planning through execution to deliver exceptional guest experiences Monitor financial aspects such as cost control, budgeting, and inventory management to maximize operational efficiency Requirements Proven experience in food service management within fine dining or hospitality settings with a strong background in restaurant operations Extensive banquet experience coupled with supervising teams in fast-paced environments Strong knowledge of dietary department procedures, food safety standards, and culinary techniques Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively Hands-on experience in food production, kitchen management, menu planning, and catering services Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and food handling practices Background in hospitality or restaurant industry roles such as kitchen manager or food service supervisor is highly desirable Join us as an Executive where your culinary expertise and leadership will elevate our dining experiences. $59,350.05 - $71,475.33 per year
