Status:

Full-Time Only Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday | 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM (Closed on Sundays)

Generous Break Time:

Daily break from 2:00 PM to :4:00 PM (Downtime during slow hours) [Key Responsibilities]

Wok & Fryer Mastery:

Operating the Chinese wok and commercial fryers for high-volume orders.

Menu Execution:

Preparing classic Chinese-American dishes (e.g., Orange Chicken) with consistent quality.

Kitchen Sanitation:

Maintaining a clean workstation and ensuring overall kitchen hygiene.

Daily Operations:

Assisting with morning prep and nightly closing cleaning. [Requirements]

Experience:

3+ years of professional experience in a Asian restaurant.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in wok techniques and deep-frying.

Legal Status:

Work authorization required (Must be legal to work in the U.S.).

Credentials:

Valid Utah Food Handler Permit required.
