We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food handling, with a particular focus on sushi. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Depending on your experience your salary or hourly wages will be higher. We can discuss more details at the interview. Responsibilities Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and artistry, ensuring high standards of quality and taste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and cater to customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure freshness and availability. Experience Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry. Proficient in knife skills and various food preparation methods. Experience working in fine dining establishments is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability for quality.
