As a key collaborator with Hill's Kitchen leadership, you'll play a central role in the daily rhythm of our restaurant — ensuring seamless, consistent service across both front and back of house. Your day-to-day focus will be on recipe execution and service production, all while bringing the kind of grounded, positive leadership that keeps a team inspired and guests thrilled. You'll be a trusted voice for your associates — someone who actively listens, welcomes feedback on service flow and food quality, and leads in a way that reflects everything Hill Top Hospitality stands for. RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in ensuring protein pars are met and prepared for service Communicate with front of house staff about the days pertinent information at daily pre-shift line up Expedite orders to cooks while working with FOH staff to maintain steady flow of service Communicate upcoming orders with food runners to ensure smooth flow of service Rotating shifts through all stations to cover days off for our associates Assist in overseeing order execution and plating to maintain quality consistencies Assist in daily line tastings to ensure quality and recipe consistency. Providing mentoring in recipe adjustment as needed Assist in closing procedures including cleaning to set up next shift for success Writing of prep list to communicate needs for the next day Check in with Dining Staff during and after service to resolve any timing and food issues in real time Benefits:
