Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food service operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, from menu creation and food preparation to ensuring exceptional dining experiences. Duties Develop and refine innovative menus that highlight culinary excellence and meet diverse dietary needs Lead, supervise, and motivate the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality food production Manage food inventory, control costs, and oversee procurement to optimize resources and minimize waste Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and regulatory compliance across all kitchen activities Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to deliver memorable dining experiences in fine dining or catering environments Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events such as banquets or large functions Implement training programs to enhance team skills in cooking techniques, food handling, and customer service Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or catering operation, with a strong background in fine dining environments Extensive culinary expertise with proficiency in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management Demonstrated success in managing inventory control, cost management, and food safety practices Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team of culinary professionals Knowledge of dietary accommodations, catering logistics, and banquet experience is highly desirable Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience in the food industry is required Join us as an Executive Chef where your creativity meets operational excellence! $65,000.00 - $75,148.43 per year
