The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and preparation, with the ability to create delicious and innovative dishes that delight our guests. As a Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory, and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and teamwork. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Manage food inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with management to design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Oversee banquet preparations, ensuring timely service for events. Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, making adjustments as necessary. Assist with bartending duties when required, providing excellent service to guests. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or culinary roles, with a strong emphasis on food preparation. Demonstrated skills in supervising staff and managing a kitchen environment. Knowledge of inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and management effectively. Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes. Familiarity with banquet service is a plus.
