We are a fast-paced fusion sushi restaurant focused on quality, creativity, and great guest experiences. Responsibilities Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and appetizers Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Ensure consistency, freshness, and presentation quality Work efficiently during busy hours Support kitchen and sushi team operations Qualifications Previous sushi rolling experience preferred Strong knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and teamwork skills Weekend availability required
