Duties Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality meals with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency across all dishes Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to diverse customer preferences Oversee food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize efficiency and minimize waste Train staff on proper cooking techniques, knife skills, food handling, and safety procedures Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless food service and timely delivery of orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment that promotes productivity and safety Skills Extensive experience in cooking, meal preparation, and food service within a restaurant or catering setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse culinary team Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and suppliers Ability to innovate menu items while maintaining quality standards Familiarity with the food industry trends, catering operations, and large-scale food preparation Join us as a Head Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
