Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and talented Pastry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of pastries and desserts with skillful execution in line with established recipes and presentation standards Decorate cakes and pastries creatively using advanced cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal Package finished products efficiently for retail display or catering orders, ensuring freshness and presentation quality Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, baking, garnishing, and assembling desserts for daily service or special events Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering strictly to food handling and safety protocols Support food production processes by monitoring ingredient quality, portion control, and inventory levels Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service by providing product knowledge and answering customer inquiries Skills Extensive pastry experience with a strong focus on Macaron and Entremet Production Proficiency in food handling, safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation within a fast-paced environment Skilled in food preparation, including mixing, piping, garnishing, and packaging finished goods Demonstrated culinary experience in the food industry or restaurant settings with a focus on desserts or baked goods Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and shaping of ingredients Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food production and presentation Strong customer service skills with a friendly approach when engaging with clients or guests Join us as a vital part of our culinary team where your creativity meets precision!
