Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, food service management, and catering activities Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and meet diverse dietary needs Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste while ensuring all ingredients and supplies are available for daily operations Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary requests and ensure nutritional compliance Oversee banquet preparations, fine dining service, and large-scale catering events with precision and professionalism Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to uphold our high standards of excellence Implement shift management strategies to optimize workflow during busy periods Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within a professional kitchen environment, preferably with banquet or fine dining experience Extensive culinary background with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning Supervising experience managing diverse teams in high-volume settings such as restaurants or hospitality venues Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and inventory control practices Familiarity with catering operations, food industry regulations, and restaurant management principles Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure Strong communication skills to effectively lead your team and collaborate with other departments Passion for culinary innovation combined with a commitment to exceptional service delivery Join us as our Head Chef and bring your culinary vision to life!
