Job Description

Location:
McLean, VA- local candidates only
Salary:
$75k-$85k
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Dining Discounts A growing restaurant group is looking for a great Executive Sous Chef for their new Mediterranean concept opening in McLean, VA in April 2026!
Qualifications:
3-5 years of Sr. Sous Chef experience in upscale restaurant operations, Mediterranean experience highly preferred. Strong systems background (prep, ordering, scheduling, food & labor cost controls) Positive, collaborative leadership style and the ability to build and train teams Strong communication skills and experience with new restaurant openings
Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Chef with all culinary operations and execution Lead daily production, quality control, and kitchen organization Train and mentor back-of-house staff to uphold brand and culinary standards Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
