This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft innovative menus, oversee all kitchen operations, and ensure exceptional food quality and safety standards. As the culinary leader, you will inspire your team, manage food production, and uphold the highest levels of hospitality and service excellence in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Your expertise will drive the success of our culinary offerings while fostering a positive, collaborative kitchen culture. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, ensuring smooth shift management and high team morale Develop and implement creative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences, incorporating dietary considerations and catering needs Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to deliver consistently outstanding dishes in line with established recipes and food safety regulations Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and maintain budget adherence Coordinate with the catering department for large events, banquets, and special functions, ensuring seamless service delivery Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards across all kitchen operations, including food handling and sanitation practices Monitor kitchen performance metrics and provide ongoing training to enhance culinary skills, food service management, and team development Requirements Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments; banquet experience is highly desirable Proven supervising experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting; leadership skills are essential Knowledge of dietary department requirements and experience managing food production for diverse dietary needs Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen management systems Strong understanding of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards Excellent team management abilities with a focus on motivating staff and fostering a collaborative work environment Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of service quality Experience in catering operations, restaurant management, or hospitality industry roles is preferred Join us as an Executive Chef to lead a talented culinary team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
