Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency. Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and maintain budgetary goals. Oversee all aspects of food safety compliance, sanitation standards, and dietary department protocols to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff. Coordinate with catering services and banquet teams to deliver seamless event execution that exceeds client expectations. Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership, training, and performance management. Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth kitchen flow during busy periods while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. Qualifications Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments and restaurant management. Proven supervising experience within high-volume kitchens or hospitality settings. Demonstrated expertise in banquet operations, catering, and large-scale food production. Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and kitchen operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and foster professional growth. Experience in menu planning, food handling, and kitchen management with a focus on quality control.
