This dynamic operation features extensive, high-profile event execution, custom-curated menus, and multi-venue banquet operations. The Executive Chef will serve as the top culinary leader, directing daily operations, driving culinary excellence, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role partners closely with an experienced events management team and will be a visible presence, engaging with clients, guests, and the broader community to bring their event visions to life.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$80,000 - $85,000,

Must-Haves Experience:
5+ years in a senior culinary leadership role; specific experience in large-scale catering and banquets preferred.
Event Scale:
Strong background in high-end catering and banquets, including executing seamless events for 2,000+ guests.
Leadership:
Excellent presence, motivated to coach, train, and inspire a diverse culinary team.
Financial Acumen:
Strong understanding of P&L management, food/labor cost controls, and budgeting.
Client Relations:
Professional, approachable, and highly skilled at guest, client, and tasting interactions.
Key Responsibilities Operation Oversight:
Oversee all culinary operations across multiple event venues, styles, and high-profile catering functions.
Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop an extensive team of sous chefs, banquet cooks, and hourly culinary staff.
Quality Control:
Ensure absolute consistency, presentation, and quality across both intimate VIP gatherings and large-scale gala events.
Client Engagement:
Maintain strong client relationships, lead tastings, and actively integrate client feedback into menu execution.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, purchasing, labor, and inventory to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
