What You'll Do Lead all back-of-house operations for a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team Drive food quality, consistency, and execution at every service Manage food cost, labor cost, purchasing, and inventory controls Partner with restaurant leadership to achieve operational and financial goals Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, development, and teamwork What We're Looking For Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, upscale casual or polished casual environment Strong financial acumen with proven success managing food and labor costs Passion for coaching, developing, and retaining culinary talent Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to excellence Stable career progression and a track record of success
