Job Description
Actively seeking a creative, knowledgeable chef with a true understanding of kitchen bookkeeping, inventory and organization. Work for a very well established restaurant with an able staff to increase profitability through leadership, responsibility and creativity while keeping tight controls on quality and costs. The ideal candidate would also be able to create a great dish with attractive plating while build a a more robust culinary team, maintain good working relationships with the FOH. Create, execute and manage nightly specials, menus, banquets, catering, and special events. Competitive salary commensurate with experience--minimum $70,000+
