In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while preparing our delicious doughnuts. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion for culinary arts. Your contributions will help create memorable experiences for our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Prepare doughnuts according to established recipes, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the front of house and preparation areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, fostering a spirit of teamwork. Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels as needed. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both customers and staff. Skills Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean working environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in grocery store or food service environments is a plus but not required. A helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience for all.
