3 weeks in Washington, DC (company-paid) An elevated Mexican restaurant opening in Virginia Beach is seeking a Sous Chef to help lead BOH operations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment.Qualifications:
3-5 years of Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager experience in high-volume, upscale Latin or chef-driven kitchens Strong systems background (prep, ordering, scheduling, food & labor cost controls) Positive, collaborative leadership style and the ability to build and train teams Strong communication skills and experience with new restaurant openingsResponsibilities:
