Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of creative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and guest expectations. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, high standards of food preparation, and impeccable presentation. Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth. Manage inventory control, food production, and food handling processes to minimize waste and optimize costs. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain rigorous standards for cleanliness and sanitation. Coordinate catering events, banquet services, and special functions with attention to detail and quality assurance. Collaborate with management on staffing schedules, shift management, and training initiatives to ensure optimal service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in culinary arts and restaurant management. Extensive banquet experience combined with expertise in catering operations. Demonstrated supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced settings. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and food handling procedures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, manage shifts effectively, and foster teamwork. Proficiency in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management systems. Familiarity with dietary department requirements and accommodating special dietary needs.
